DESCRIPTION

ATX Collaborators, Lisa DeLand (5R Dancing Fire Lizards), Mia Pem (Ecstatic Soul Sessions), and O'skar Maderia (Tribal Joy) invite you on a Costa Rican adventure to Blue Spirit, Nosaro. Join us for a week of Dance, Yoga, Mayan Cosmology, Gyrokinesis, Meditation, down time, community share time, all at a beautiful location, with a variety of lodging options, wonderful meals, and access to private beach and pools.

NOTES

Plan to arrive in time for 6:00 pm dinner on Aug 8.

Retreat ends after breakfast on Aug 15.

Shuttle to and from Airport in Liberia to Blue Spirit is included in registration. When booking flights, allow for travel time on both ends.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
