DESCRIPTION
A liberating one day Waves level WorkshopAs the day becomes longer than the night, earth warms. We come together to dance the awakening of Spring.
In this one day Waves Workshop we will explore finding equilibrium in our dancing presence during the surge and plunge of energy that is usual at this time of explosive growth. Eggs and seeds literally crack open!
We will bring awareness to our experience by dancing the 5Rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Enriching our process with vocal sharing and mindful attention.
All welcome.

Targeting an inclusive space.
We welcome all genders, gender expressions, sexualities, races, ethnicities, sizes, religions and abilities.
Mary Hedger is an accredited 5Rhythms Teacher, all hours danced with her count towards study towards the teaching path.
This workshop counts as 1 day at Waves level.
Cost Full price £50 Low income and concessions £45
We will break for lunch, bring a packed lunch to eat at the venue if you would like. As this is a city centre venue there are options nearby for food.
We dance barefoot. Wear clothes you love to move and dance in. Bring a refillable water bottle.
There is parking close by on Queen's Road.
You can cancel for any reason for a full refund up to one week before the workshop, 15th March. After this date refund will be full payment less £15 charged for admin.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
