As we are returning to a safer closer physical connection, in sharing the vibrations created by real bodies, in sharing the same space, a lot of emotions also return to be present and tangible in us.And our hearts are responding to the power of it. We are social animal and it's in being together that we can experience the full range of what the gift of being humans is.
And in experiencing these emotions, giving ourselves permission to move freely through them, we can find out what might be needed to heal the inevitable wound that has happened in the long separation from each other.
Some of us might have already elaborated the events and stepped into a full embrace of the "new normal" and some might still need to adjust to it. That's when the collective support, the generosity of giving and the humbleness of receiving are necessary gateways toward the most human way to communicate and bond: Heart to Heart.
In this workshop we will support each other in experiencing the power of togetherness. Starting with listening carefully to our own heart beat, to pay fully undivided attention to the heart beat of the other, to move into a tribal celebratory drumming of all the Hearts of everyone in the circle.
Everyone is welcome and the experience will thrive with the participation and the unique offering of any and each of us. We will be offering the tools that this practice holds for all of us. Opening the gates of a safe space in where we'll navigate through the emotion related to the five Rhythms: Fear, Anger, Sadness, Joy and Compassion.
The workshop will be facilitated by Vehllia and Alessandro together. Yin and Yang, opposite and complimentary, with Love as universal guide, as always.

Refund Policy
If a participant wants to cancel their registration, they must do so 2 weeks before the workshop to receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. If a participant cancels 1 week before the workshop, they receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. Less than a week, their refund is subject to participant replacement. If a replacement is registered, participant will receive a full refund minus a 25% processing fee. If a participant does not show up for the workshop without communicating, their registration payment will not be refunded. 5Rhythms Global.
The City Waves reserves the right to cancel any workshop in the event of insufficient registration or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case, the full amount paid to register for a workshop will be refunded to the registrants. In the event of cancellation, an attempt will be made to notify registrants no later than 10 calendar days before the start of the workshop. All other expenses incurred including but not limited to flights and accommodation arranged for the purpose of attending a workshop will not be covered.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
