Home Body is a one day 5Rhythms dance workshop in Newcastle, NSW.TIME: 10am - 3pm
COST: $90/$80 Concession.

Which of the five rhythms do you love to dance in?
In this workshop we will practice coming home to ourselves and investigate how being at home in our body unlocks potential and possibility in our everyday lives.
The 1 day workshop will involve exploring and expressing through drawing, writing, sharing and of course lots of dancing!
This WAVES level workshop is for dancers who have participated a minimum of 2 5Rhythm classes prior to attending.
Numbers are strictly limited so make sure to book your spot so you don't miss out!

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
