Emotions are the signs that lead you to the true essence.
In this series we dance through the landscapes of our emotional world and we learn how we can bring back our feelings into the body and put them into motion.
• How do you deal with your emotions?
• What is your heart telling you?
• Is there something that likes to be released? Was will erlöst werden
• Which issues need to be looked at and be accepted/approved?
With each module we immerse deeper into the qualities of the 5rhythms. We use the heartbeat map to reach the basic feelings of fear, anger, pain, joy and compassion. We strengthen the relationship with ourselves and the ability to be with what is, instead of pushing away, avoid or refuse the feelings we have. This journey guides you to open your heart and meet yourself with love and awareness – a practice for every day.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
