A week end residential seminar intentionally for a small group of maximum 22 participants.

This seminar is only open to people who have already attended a minimum of 15 hours of 5Rhythms and workshops with Olivia.

A residential weekend at “La Fattoria di Autosufficienza” a very special place emerged in unspoilt nature.

Intimacy is built on the feeling of being appreciated, accepted, just as we are. In fact a sexual encounter is not necessarily the most intimate encounter we can experience.

The first listening in intimacy is the inner one that we find in the first Flowing Rhythm – empathy towards oneself that creates a solid basis of respect and tolerance towards another person whom we encounter in the second Rhythm Staccato.

In Staccato, intimacy is strengthened through communication and expression together with another person.

In the third Rhythm Chaos, we experiences the oscillation between finding intimacy or not within groups. Sometimes feeling uncomfortable and outside the group, other times feeling at ease and part of the group.

In Lyrical we have the chance to feel maturity and freedom experiencing an immense sense of communication and  intimacy towards all other living beings; animals, plants, mother earth.

In Stillness, intimacy is with all the above, the entire universe, with our bodies, hearts, minds, souls and what is sacred for us personally . An immense, deep-rooted intimacy that expands without limits. From this state of being we can listen, connect and  know each other with empathy and compassion.

 To do this it is necessary to love and listen, explore our feelings and express them, leaving aside prejudices and judgment. It therefore means actively listening through all the senses and sharing as much as possible.

The organic farm and Agriturismo “La Fattoria dell’Autosufficienza” is located in the Romagna Apennines, on the edge of the Casentino Forest Park, a wonderful place, with a breathtaking view and unspoiled nature. Everything you find on the farm follows the criteria of ecology. The building was built with natural materials (rock, lime, earth, hemp, wood), the furnishings and the floor are made of wood and treated only with natural oils and ecological paints, the soaps and detergents are eco-friendly and of course everything what the cuisine offers is organic, km0 and mainly vegetable and wholemeal.

There are rooms inside the structure and a terraced area a few tens of meters from the main structure of the farmhouse to accommodate tents, campers and caravans. The Temple of Paganico is an octagonal room of 86 square meters and is the room that is used during the seminar for dancing. It is a truly special space with a sacred atmosphere. We will also use the spaces outside in nature for exercises that increase our awareness of nature and the natural innate intimacy we have within us.
