Nel pieno dell'estate possiamo finalmente dedicarci a noi stessi e a ciò che ci piace..... Stare insieme, ritrovare il benessere fisico, psichico, rigenerarci....Ritroviamo nel corpo la via dell'estasi e del piacere attraverso la danza, le meditazioni attive, e le pratiche tantriche. Riscopriamo il flusso della nostra energia e ci apriamo al sentire e al nostro sè più profondo. Sblocchiamo il corpo per accedere al benessere, a stati espansi di coscienza e per tollerare livelli di piacere per noi inconsueti.
Ambu Anand (Alessia Lencioni) insegna 5ritmi, Martino Biondi, ci accompagna con la musica dal vivo e in sessione di Tempio Sonoro espressione vocale naturale; Jyoti de Gregorio guida meditazioni ed "esplorazioni tantriche".
Il gruppo è aperto a tutti, non sono richieste precedenti esperienze

Le stanze hanno tutte il bagno proprio e sono dislocate in appartamenti con living room. La sala di danza è di 180Mq, nuova e bella, con un confortevolissimo pavimento in legno. Ampia e areata può contenere 40 danzatori . Una meravigliosa PISCINA e ottimo cibo vegetariano.

5Ritmi & Meditazione si alternano nelle giornate in modo fluido, lasciando che le esperienze si sedimentino e prendano spunto e profondità l'una dalle altre.

In the Middle of the Summertime in a Fantastic Location on the hills of TUscany, with a stunning view and an amaziong Swimming pool, having the best vegetariuan food we'll find in the body the path of ecstasy and pleasure through dance, active meditations, and tantric practices.
We rediscover the flow of our energy and open ourselves to feeling and to our deepest self. We unlock the body to access well-being, expanded states of consciousness and to tolerate levels of pleasure that are unusual for us.Ambu Anand (Alessia Lencioni) teaches 5 rhythms, Martino Biondi accompanies us with live music and in session of Tempio Sonoro natural vocal expression; Jyoti de Gregorio leads meditations and "tantric explorations".
The group is open to all, no previous experience is required

The rooms all have their own bathroom and are located in apartments with living room. The dance hall is 180sqm, new and beautiful, with a very comfortable wooden floor. Large and airy, it can hold 40 dancers

Refund Policy
If you cancel a week before the beginning it will be requested to you to pay the whole amount of your full board accomodation + half of the full rate for the workshop
This won't be requested to you only in case you find a substitute
If you cancel 2 weeks before you'll be requested to pay 1/3 of the full rate of the workshop + the non refundable deposit
