DESCRIPTION
A week end workshop in which we will be guided by the Full Moon energy and the 5Rhythms practice, concentrating on the Shadow map. During the day we will be in the lovely wooden floored dance space and on Saturday evening we will dance outside in the private park of the venue using my Silent headphones.Un seminario di un fine settimana con la Luna Piena in cui il focus sarà sulla luce e le ombre. Un’esplorazione con delle ombre dei 5Ritmi e come possiamo illuminare i doni che sono nascosti nell’ombra di ogni Ritmo e muoverci dentro e con la nostra luce.
Danzeremo di giorno nella bella sala con pavimento in legno e sabato sera danzeremo fuori con le mie cuffie silent nel parco privato nella proprietà.
