DESCRIPTION
In this workshop we will explore the medicine and metaphor of the Rhythm of Lyrical, to awaken and embody the soul - the mysterious, magical self that unites body, heart and mind.Through this movement exploration, we uncover the power of seeing - seeing the difference between the self that is imprisoned by our conditioning and our true nature in which we use our experiences as artist materials, to create ourselves as inspiring living, moving, breathing artworks. This Rhythm teaches us how to become creators of our own reality.Workshop Hours: 10.30am - 3.00pm Cost $55
NOTES
This workshop is the fourth in a 1 day series which explores the medicine and metaphor of each of the Rhythms. It is not necessary to attend all workshops as each stands alone ( but it is an amazing exploration to do so : )
No previous experience is necessary just a willingness to move and be moved.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water water bottle.
