DESCRIPTION

In the rhythm of Stillness we integrate what we have awakened and moved through the other rhythms, in our body, heart, mind and soul. And so this is where we find integrity, our sense of wholeness - our connection to our life force and all other forms of life. It is a transcendent and exquisite place of arrival and departurei into our next dance exploration. The texture and quality of stillness is in direct relationship to how we move and engage with the first four rhythms. In this workshop we dance the waves to explore the medicine and metaphor of stillness to find our integrity.

Workshop hours: 10.30am - 3.00pm Cost $55

NOTES

This workshop is the last in a 1 day series which explores the medicine and metaphor of each of the Rhythms. It is not necessary to attend all workshops as each stands alone ( but it is an amazing exploration to do so : )

No previous experience is necessary just a willingness to move and be moved.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water water bottle.
