DESCRIPTION
5 week Heartbeat ongoing group with Jason Rowe (UK) and assisted by Gina Espinosa and Julia Mercurio (Teachers in Training).
The group will meet online each Tuesday evening from 19:30 to 22:00 (CET) for 5 consecutive weeks starting on 3rd November 2020.
This ongoing group is an invitation to come together to integrate our experiences during lockdown with the support of Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms® Heartbeat map allowing the opening of our emotional world within the safety of a committed and facilitated group. We will explore how each rhythm corresponds to our essential emotions with the intention of landing in our still compassionate hearts brimful of hope.

Structure
Teaching through Zoom in English with music mixed live.
Each session will consist of a warm up, a circle of unity, some teaching, work in small groups or pairs (using Zoom’s breakout rooms), group movement practice, closing circle. Between each session some light homework or enquiry may be offered.
Prerequisites
We suggest you dance a minimum of 5 hours online with an accredited 5RTA teacher before joining this group.
Price
Sliding scale 60/75/90 Euros (or local currency) depending upon means

This ongoing group will count as 12.5 Heartbeat hours towards the 5Rhythms Training Path.
About Jason, Julia & Gina
Jason fell in love with the 5Rhythms seventeen years ago. He trained with Gabrielle Roth becoming an Accredited teacher in 2011. Since lockdown began he has been teaching online from his living room in London.
This workshop is being assisted by Gina Espinosa (Teacher in Training / Barcelona) and Julia Mercurio (SpaceHolder & Teacher in Training / Budapest).
We have known each other for many years and this online offering unites us geographically across Europe to offer you this opportunity during these current times.
