Through coming back to our breath and body, we can listen deep within, to the wisdom of our skin, the cathedral of our bones, dropping into breath and easing our way back into movement.
We are living in extraordinary times and it is very easy to loose our ground. The basis of 5Rhythms® practice, is to come back to the feet and breath, and that's where we'll begin, from there. Finding tools and resources, so we can step out into our everyday, helping us to be more equipped, more present, so that we can show up, being more present with ourselves and to those around us.
