DESCRIPTION
This workshop is the first of a three part exploration of the 5 Rhythms and their shadows in our daily lives. As we move, we will discover more about where our energy is stuck in the shadows and how we can free this to find fuller expression and release our limiting patterns. The focus of the first session is on the self, the second on relationship and the third on community/culture. No previous experience necessary. Each session can be attended independently.
