Dancing with the heart’s vocabulary; our instinctive emotions.
On this workshop we will explore how are they all connected with each other: Rhythms, elements and emotions.
Learning through experience.
Moving through emotional constipation and mental confusion.
Breathing through it all.

PREREQUISITES
20 hours of Waves classes or 1 Waves weekend workshop
This workshop counts as 2 days of Waves and 2 day of Heartbeat towards the Teacher Training.
The workshop begins on Wednesday 15.6. at 17h and ends on Sunday 19.6. at 13h.

We dance in a school – 5min. walk from the hotel
Yspertal is a nice little village in the Austrian region Southern Waldviertel. The surrounding is a true hiker’s paradise and it offers different hiking routes, meditative pilgrimage paths, historical and Celtic places and botanical nature trails. Yspertal is famous for it’s Ysperklamm (gorge) with it’s waterfalls.
We dance in the sports hall of a school, which – like always – we will transform into a sacred dance space. Next to the school there’s an indoor swimming pool with sauna, a climber’s hall, a beach volleyball and tennis court, a playground and a bathing pond and river to jump in.
LANDHOTEL YSPERTAL is a great hotel which has a 100% biological kitchen and attaches great importance to sustainability.
There are many different room options.
