Embrace the medicine in the movement of your life and find delight in whatever you are experiencing and move with it.   This new 5 Rhythms waves workshop is filled with dance, movement, creative improv and journaling as well as sharing and learning in safe container about community.  Learn to experience newfound freedom in your own skin at this very moment of your life.  We will be working with the elements of nature within the 5 rhythms, our lives, and the circular nature of the waves that weave through them.

This is a non-residential intimate retreat held in  Chico California at a private healing center.   Spaces are limited to 22 participants.  $375 for the entire weekend including a light lunch on both Saturday and Sunday.   To hold your spot you must place your minimum of a non-refundable deposit of $200 before March 15th.   FOR more information or to make payments contact jacia@jaciakornwise.com .
