DESCRIPTION
Two of my passions combined in one workshop! Skiing and dancing!In this workshop we will begin with how we can nurture ourselves by finding our inner flow. Then we will ski (down hill skiing) by using the 5Rhythms , a wonderful way of grounding ourselves. This weekend we will open up to our life energy and strength. By combining both skiing and dancing through 5Rhythms we will have the capacity to reach many dimensions and eventually go beyond any idea and limitations we might have about ourselves.
You can choose if you only want to participate on the dance or join the ski day as well. For full experience I recommend the whole workshop.
