DESCRIPTION

"TRANSFORMATION - The Alchemy of Breath, Body & Beat" explores the ways we move with change. We'll investigate how we deal with resistance, find our comfort zone, trust our inner voice, reconnect with our body's intelligence to fully integrate and express how our essence manifests.

This workshop is a journey to the heart of Chaos, the delicious Rhythm of creativity and possibilities.

We'll be at Studio Fragments Libres, 141 Mt Royal east

Friday June 10th from 7pm to 9pm

Saturday & Sunday June 11th & 12th from 10:30am to 6pm
