In this special 3-hour 5Rhythms workshop, we’ll turn our attention to the bridges between the Rhythms — the subtle, potent thresholds where one rhythm begins to transform into another.

What stirs in us when we shift from Flowing into Staccato? What awakens at the edge of Chaos, or in the hush that follows Lyrical? These are the gateways we will explore — not just conceptually, but through embodied experience.

We’ll dive deep into the natural order of the Rhythms, sensing how they are woven together, and how each one supports the next.

Each Rhythm speaks its own language, and yet none truly stand alone. Through guided movement, partnered exploration, and waves of music, we’ll invite our bodies to feel the transitions, to move inside the “in-between,” and to awaken a fresh awareness of how one Rhythm gives birth to the next.

This workshop is open to all — whether you’re stepping into your first Wave or have been dancing for years.

Come with your breath, your curiosity, and your willingness to cross the threshold.

No previous experience necessary. This workshop contributes a total of 3 Waves hours.
