In this workshop we will move through two different Waves, each one offering a different teaching and different perspective to the 5Rhythms.

This workshop is open to everybody, no previous experience needed. This is the opportunity to both try it for the very first time and dive deeper as experienced student.

Teaching through Zoom in English, music through Mixcloud link. Please make sure you have the current version of Zoom5.8.1

After the workshop you will receive the link to the audio recording valid for 10 days.

It counts as 3 hours of Waves towards the Teacher Training.

Prices:

Full price is 60 Euro. Early booking until 28th of October is 50 Euro.

Helpers price is 35 Euro (helping with promotion of the workshop and/or writing recommendation after the workshop).

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
