Workshop Description

Life can be challenging. Presenting us with resistance, tension, and chaos, leading us to be spaced out and numb. On the other side is who we really are and who we practice to be ~ A WARRIOR in LIGHT~

A day workshop with the world renowned teacher of 5Rhythms, Jonathan Horan. His mastery of music, our prayer Bear Brother, aka, DJ Guide, takes the dancer on an inner journey of radiance. Born into the Rhythms, dancing in the womb of Gabrielle Roth, the founder and creator of 5Rhythms, Jonathan grounds us in our feet, opens our hearts and weaves connections that continue to manifest long after the workshop.

This workshop counts as one day of Waves for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training path.

NOTES

Covid Measures:
Please take an at home Covid test the morning of the workshop and please stay home if you are positive or have any symptoms you will receive a full refund. Respect space and take as much space as you need. We are huggers by nature ~ ask first. Masks are not required and completely respected, most importantly take care of you. You agree by attending that you are responsible for you and the community. As your hosts we will do our best to keep the space safe, open windows, fans and clean.

Refund Policy

Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to the workshop date receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee for day workshops.

Cancellations made after this period are subject to participant replacement and receive a refund minus a 50% processing fee. If a participant does not show up for the workshop without communicating, registration payment will not be refunded.

Covid Cancellations:

If you are cancelling due to positive test or exposure to Covid your workshop fee will be refunded minus a $30 processing fee.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PREREQUISITES: No prerequisites required.
