DESCRIPTION
Let us be together in community. How does your community shape you? What are the gifts you bring to your community? In this outdoor workshop, using the 5Rhythms map, we will explore this using creative, embodied expression. Let's support each other to move with whatever is present in our hearts and bodies. Our time together will leave you feeling nourished and resourced at a deep soullevel, with a richer connection to community.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
