BESCHRIJVING

An invitation to enter the dance letting the body lead us somewhere we might not have planned.

Through the 5Rhythms® practice, we will explore what moves us, how it moves us, and what becomes possible without immediately needing to name, fix, or understand what we find.

What changes when I become curious about the way I move?

About what attracts me and what I resist?

About where my energy wants to go — and where it doesn't?

About what is alive in me, right now?

Sometimes curiosity can open a door that effort cannot.

We often come to a practice looking for something: release, clarity, connection, transformation, freedom.

But what if, for a moment, we put aside what we think the practice should give us?

What if we become curious about what it is actually giving us?
