There are no steps to learn and you can't get it wrong. You're invited to explore in your own way the 5Rhythms® and how they want to move and be expressed through your body.

AANTEKENINGEN

Dance Kew is a welcoming, inclusive dance community where we practice conscious dance. We draw on a pool of experienced dance teachers who we invite to host weekly sessions in our beautiful space in Kew, with live music on the last Friday of each month.

Dance: 7.30pm - 9.30pm; doors open from 7.10pm. Please note the main doors will be closed from 8pm for security.

Payment in cash/card on the door from £12 concession rate, then sliding scale.

In een 5Ritmes® Waves Workshop ervaar je de basis van het gehele 5Ritmes spectrum. Tijdens een workshop vindt verdieping plaats van je fysieke expressie, de ritmes en hun polariteiten. VOORWAARDE VOOR DEELNAME: Geen.
