5Rhythms class for the whole family! Welcome all parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles and children. In this class we explore movement with playfulness and curiosity. No previous experience necessary. The class is best suited for children ages 3-10 years together with an adult (but older or younger children are welcome, and no age limits for adults!).Minimum number of participant: at least 8 adult-child pairs by 25 Aug 2026 and max 16 adult-child pairs.
It is possible to also register additional adults or children.
Priority is for those who register for all three sessions. If there is space, families can register for individual sessions.
