How are you doing?

Everything seems intensified at the moment - big uncertainties, small delights, new limitations, unexpected openings..
And maybe it all keeps changing, faster than usual? 

However it is, the dance is here as always waiting to support us.
Let’s make some space to become present in our bodies, and feel the earth beneath our feet.
To breathe a little deeper, and ground ourselves in movement.
Let’s allow all of the energy inside the freedom to be truly alive.
And in the company of our fellow dancers, let’s reconnect with the instinctive spontaneity of our true mysterious selves.
Let’s renew the sense of space inside ourselves, and maybe also remember our joy.. 
Before taking refuge in the emptiness from which it all begins.
