Inner witness, Inner wisdomA group for women who want to explore in a safe place the art and practices of cultivating an inner witness that can hold us when we need support. Such a witness is essential to live a life of vitality, joy and creativity. It becomes a journey for women to read their own bones and trust their blood flow. To be able to acknowledge when drier seasons arrive and to revel in the juice of who we are.
We will dance, talk, dance, perhaps write, dance again and feel into ourselves, noticing how we can witness what is present and how to give permission to what we need .
