Welcome to the Deep Dive Waves 5Rhythms on-line classes, via ZOOM - (London BST - UK)

All welcome. If you've danced the 5Rhythms before or if you are a total beginner.

Registration for this class is required.

The payment details and practical information regarding the class will be sent to you in the Zoom registration email.

This is once a month event (at the moment), alternatively to the weekly online class held on Saturdays.

Despite this online format, the sense of connection and presence is there. And the moments of magic and transformation in dance happens despite the physical distance.
