BESCHRIJVING

Welcome to the Thursday evening 5Rhythms online classes, via ZOOM - (London BST - UK) 

I offer this class occasionally, usually once a month, instead of Saturday's Deep Dive Waves class.

Everybody is welcome. If you've danced the 5Rhythms before or if you are a total beginner.  There is light guidance.

Registration for this class is required.

I really enjoy holding sessions online. 

Despite this online format, the sense of connection and presence is there. And the moments of magic and transformation in dance happens despite the physical distance.

 If you feel drawn to it, I hope you can make it!
