There will be a guided, community dance immediately after this dance. Participants can decide to stay for the following dance and for a combo price of €35.

What to expect:

This 5 Rhythms Conscious Dance session follows the SWEAT YOUR PRAYERS Format: Without verbal instruction or guidance during the session, Oliver creates a safe space, based on consent, healthy boundaries AND dance encounters that are optional. Dancers are encouraged to follow their own inner impulses and let the music lead them through the their dance. It’s a deeply personal, non-performative journey of movement, meditation, and self-expression, held in a safe and comfortable space that frequently transforms .

OLIVER is an accredited 5rhythms teacher, trained in New York City by 5 Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan. His background includes sacred movements and seated meditation in the direct lineage of G.I. Gurdjieff and a dedicated yoga practice (Teacher Certified by Richard Freeman). Oliver also is a musician. He has been based in Berlin and New York City, teaching the 5Rhythms and running his own business.
