BESCHRIJVING
This is in place of our weekly open class on Friday 30th (venue unavailable) – see 'Drop-in / Open Classes' on our website for up-to-the-minute details.
We shall dance a couple of Waves, with more of a party atmosphere than a regular class, and some UV lighting -- so if it calls you dress to glow, but that's entirely optional. Our venue is a lovely parish hall, spacious with a beautiful natural wood dance floor.
No need for any experience, just drop in or book in advance (a bit cheaper!) and come along – if you are not familiar with the 5Rhythms (or even if you are!) check out our page "The 5Rhythms" which includes a short video.
*Note: Our open classes are rarely if ever cancelled – if Bernadette is away, we dance with other fabulous teachers – guests have included Alex Mackay, Andrew Holmes, Jean Rankin, Jon Ralls, Neil Pinnock, Jessica Howie, Irem Luqman, and Dawn Morgan. We start at 7:30pm sharp - NO ADMITTANCE AFTER 7:45pm.
To check everyone in, it is essential that you arrive promptly - and then you also make the most of the warm-up, which is an integral part of the process.Refund Policy

Note: Within 24 hours of the start of the class, there are no refunds.Date transfers are permitted until noon on the day of the class.
