5 Rhythms is for anyone, whatever age, condition or earlier experiences.

We are not learning any dancing steps. we are dancing to learn.

We dance through the 5 rhythms: flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness.

From flowing soft via strong and intense to playful and then stillness.

We dance to experience the joy of movement and freedom together with other dancers.

Wear easy-going clothes, dance barefoot and bring a bottle of water.

5 rhythms is developed by Gabrielle Roth and is practised by thousands of people all over the world.

Grete Belinda has been a certified teacher of 5Rhythms since 2014

Teacher of free dance, Livsdansen, Sverige since 2006

and teacher of Tai Chi Chuan, yang style, since 1995
