Step into the dance and let your body lead, move through the 5Rhythms® of Gabrielle Roth, a guided journey through Flowing® Staccato®, Chaos®, Lyrical® and Stillness®... Clara guides you through the wave and offers a harmonic music concert at the end, to end your wave with a deep meditation of 10 minutes. No experience is required to join. Clara Cornil is a graduate singer & musician with her voice and drumming as her catalyst. She is co director at Mensen & Wetenschap in Flanders, working in science communication. Clara has been dancing the 5Rhythms for twenty years with her mother Katrien, sister Anne, brother, and late grandpa. For her, dance has always been a way to connect beyond words — to feel, move, and simply be. Now, Clara invites you to experience it too.
