Join us at Atmananda Yoga on June 24th for an evening of embodied exploration led by Henya Emmer.
An invitation to listen inward, follow what’s alive in you, and allow yourself to be moved by the Rhythms. Guided through waves of music and movement, this practice creates space to move, breathe, release, and reconnect to yourself through the body.
Come as you are. Move how you can. Let the dance meet you where you are.
💫 Whether you're new to movement or a seasoned dancer, this practice offers something unique for body, mind, and spirit.
💫 No steps to learn. No experience necessary. The 5Rhythms are accessible to all bodies, ages, and levels of experience.
💫 No phones. No cameras. No talking on the dance floor.
