La pratica dei 5Ritmi è una forma di meditazione in movimento.
L’assenza dei pensieri e interferenze mentale si raggiunge portando l’attenzione alla musica, al corpo e ai suoi movimenti e le sensazioni che sorgono da questa esperienza liberatoria. Il praticante si sente immerso nell’esperienza e trova nuovi ispirazioni e coraggio per affrontare le sfide della vita quotidiana.
Vi invitiamo per fare incontri in cui si rilasciano tensioni e si trova un senso di libertà mentre si impara questa tecnica semplice ma profonda danzando insieme le Onde dei 5Ritmi.
Queste classi sono aperto a tutti, anche a chi non ha esperienze precedenti di danza.
