An invitation to surrender to the summer around us, use the heat to soften, allow the sweat to flow and wash us inside and out, and to kindle the little fire within!

Open to everyone who wants to move, to dive into dance as relaxation, release, meditation, fun, or an intro to a long summer night...

Here, you don’t learn steps or choreography. Instead, with minimal guidance from the teacher, you surrender to the succulent, exotic rhythms of Latin America, Africa, the Mediterranean, the Middle and Far East, the Pacific, and other warm regions. You let the body, breath, and heart find their own unique choreography in the moment. Through music, we will visit many exotic places around the world, but also many within ourselves.

I invite you to allow yourselves to be extravagant in your dance outfit —come and show your creativity and spontaneity that way too. Beyond usual standards and rules, wear your boldest clothes, perhaps something totally crazy and unusual, something you love but never get the chance to wear; clothes that will cheer you up, warm your heart, and truly express the abundance and vitality within you. Everyone is welcome in every edition!
