BESCHRIJVING

In this mini workshop/class we will explore what it means to be alive in our bodies right now? What does it mean to be You? What does it mean to be Human? What does it mean to be You right now? What inspires you? What brings you alive?Maybe it's a movement of a hand or a ripple of our spine, when we become curious, an aliveness happens in the moment and all our senses are awakened.. 

We will explore using our whole body, following patterns that we naturally fall into and find and add new ways of moving..We will see and relate to patterns and states of being that we can fall into easily, it's not about pushing anything away, or making anything bad, but allowing ourselves to show up in whatever is moving within us, so we can surrender, letting go when the time is right, to give space to other ways of being.. embracing the simplicity of being.. of being human, within this body, that is our home, that has a heart, mind and soul.
