BESCHRIJVING

I love teaching in Vienna. It is a  privilege being asked back to teach with this amazing dance community. I will be teaching in English, with little amounts in German!

SoulRhythms on a Saturday evening, from NEW time of 18.30 - 21.15, allows us to drop deeper into the practice of the 5Rhythms. To awaken and follow the wisdom of how your body needs and wants to move from moment to moment, using your breath to give it voice. Bringing an awareness to your-self, each other, and connecting to the mystery of the dance. 

A place to allow and give permission to be. The dance enables you to let go of layers, so you can access the true essence of Be-ing YOU.

Let the music, your breath, the space inside you, relating to others, be a canvas of where each of us can go, so you can come back HOME to yourself.
