So with the sun, the beat of the rhythms, we'll be sweating our prayers, cleansing, letting go, being, coming home to ourselves this Sunday morning..
We'll follow the 5Rhythms to awaken and follow the wisdom of how our bodies need and want to move from moment to moment, using our breath to give it voice, rising and falling from shape to shape..Bringing an awareness to our-self, each other, and what is all around us..
A place to allow and give permission to be, letting go of the masks that we carry through our everyday lives, coming back to the core being of who YOU are..
Let the music, your breath, the space inside you, relating to others, be a canvas of where you can go, so you can follow the heart of who you are and come back HOME to your-self
