A Dynamic 5Rhythms dance journey that facilitates awareness, healing, and transformation. This is an embodied emersion into your own presence of being!
5Rhythms is a creative, expressive, and freeing dance practice that generates momentum and aliveness. It is at once meditation, medicine, and a series of maps to ecstasy. It is a shamanic practice that calls us into a deep embodied awakening By putting the body in motion we heal the psyche and create an opportunity to connect body, heart, mind, soul, and spirit with our full life-force!
