The 5Rhythms is a dynamic moving practice, a dance beyond a dance. Classes offer a container to embody 5 universal ways of movement: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness.

As we ride this wave of energy on the dance floor, we learn to connect with out deepest nature and explore our fullest selves.
