BESCHRIJVING

5Rhythms is a simple profound movement practice. It enables us to move with and be moved by every aspect of ourselves. There are no steps or routines, you really can't get it wrong.

It is a powerful catalyst for healing and creativity.

Chris has lived many misspent youths and has gathered a great soundtrack along the way. Probably the only 5Rhythms teacher to have been held in Lancaster Castle ("I was only dancing officer!") He started dancing 5Rhythms in 1999 and completed his 5Rhythms teacher training with Gabrielle Roth in 2008. A toolmaker by trade, he as a no-fluff, warm hearted approach to his offerings.

Cost is on a sliding scale. Please be as generous as you are able; it helps keep the dance accessible to all. If you are completely new to 5Rhythms, you are welcome to the special introductory rate of £6. The tickets should be self-explanatory but please get in touch if you have any queries. 07988820039

Instructions

Wear loose comfortable clothes and come ready to dance barefoot or in soft indoor shoes. Bring a water bottle, there is a kitchen where you can refill.

The venue is on the A6 about a mile South of the City Centre. There is limited on-site parking and we are usually the only users so there should be space if you are driving and arrive early. There is also plenty of free parking on nearby streets.
