Bajo la identidad que mostramos al mundo habitan emociones, impulsos y partes de nosotras mismas que aprendimos a ocultar: la rabia, la envidia, la vergüenza, el miedo, el deseo o la necesidad de control. Jung llamó sombra a este territorio inconsciente que continúa manifestándose en nuestras relaciones, decisiones y conflictos.

De octubre a febrero, Olas Sin Fin · Sombras propone un viaje a través de los 5Ritmos® para explorar este territorio desde el cuerpo y el movimiento. No se trata de combatir nuestra oscuridad, sino de reconocerla, escuchar su lenguaje y recuperar la energía que permanece atrapada en todo aquello que un día tuvimos que negar.

«El cuerpo no miente», decía Gabrielle Roth. Cuando nos entregamos a la danza, la sombra encuentra un lugar donde mostrarse, transformarse y devolvernos la fuerza, la creatividad y la verdad que también habitan en ella.

ENDLESS WAVES · SHADOWS

Beneath the identity we present to the world live emotions, impulses and parts of ourselves that we have learned to hide: anger, envy, shame, fear, desire or the need for control. Jung called this unconscious territory the shadow—a part of us that continues to reveal itself through our relationships, choices and conflicts.

From October to February, Endless Waves · Shadows offers a journey through the 5Rhythms® practice, inviting us to explore this territory through the body and movement. The intention is not to fight against our darkness, but to recognise it, listen to its language and reclaim the energy held within everything we once needed to deny.

“The body does not lie,” said Gabrielle Roth. When we surrender to the dance, the shadow finds a place where it can be revealed and transformed, returning us to the strength, creativity and truth that also live within it.
