I have been dancing 5rhythms for 26 years and find the dance floor to be my home. Its a place that holds it all. In 2005, I graduated as a 5rhythms teacher and in 2010 a 5rhythms HeartBeat Map teacher. I run 1-1, group sessions, workshops for adults in the UK and abroad. I specialise in holding space for women.  I m also a qualified dance movement psychotherapist.   

The dance spaces that I hold are an invitation to align with yourself, you are welcome here with everything you bring. My dance floors are raw, juicy, honest, inclusive places.  See you there : )
