I´m 5Rhythms® Teacher in Training based in Madrid, Spain.

I am passionate about this practice because it´s a safe space where I can connect with my body and spirit freely. 

I first found 5Rhythms when I felt stuck, stressed, and lost. It helped me get  grounded, communicate clearly, and trust myself again.

The biggest shift for me has been discovering my calling: sharing this practice with others. 

My teaching is rooted in presence, humility, and love. My priority is to create a  welcoming, respectful environment for everyone, regardless of background, identity, or ability. 

I’m truly grateful to be part of this global community.
