BLISS - 5RHYTHMS EMBODIMENT RETREAT

5 days immersion in movement with nature in the pristine North of the island.

This residential week is designed to restore the body and challenge the mind in a playful and pleasurable way in an intimate connection with nature.

Guillaume's retreats are known for their beneficial impact on mental health, emotional balance and body care with joyful human connections.

On top of feeling strengthened in all levels of your being, you will gather new skills and understandings on life dynamics and the way you can use movement as a transformative and empowering tool in your daily life.

With a background in Contemporary Dance, Contact Improvisation, Tango Argentino and Tantra, Guillaume Laplane gathers 18 years of retreats and workshops facilitation for embodiment, creativity and personal growth on the five continents.

He collaborated with Margot Anand founder of Skydancing Tantra, with Anna Halprin founder of the Life Art Process practice and with Marie Motais founder of the Anamcara school.

Trained with Gabrielle Roth the founder of the 5Rhythms in 2007 he developed his unique approach involving the 5Rhythms map in experiential explorations with the elements. 

This week on Ibiza's pristine nature will provide an ecstatic and restorative journey exploring on magestuous nature sites and on a cosy dance deck in the forest. 

Some sessions will be with guest live musicians and others with live mixes inspired with world music, African vibes and electro selections.

Our guest teacher Zara Rutherford will offer a Thai massage and restorative acroyoga session and private massages on demand.

You will feel at home in the traditional finca of 400 years old with a gorgeous Mediterranean garden and a salt pool.

We will explore in the north of the Island and live close to San Miguel and San Lorenzo in a very quiet and preserved area.

Delicious vegetarian cuisine will be prepared by our private chef.

Join our international group of open minded movers, the program will be inspiring and accessible for beginners on the start of their embodiment journey and full of precious inputs for experienced movers.
