The body is a fountain of wisdom and truth. When our bodies are in motion patterns begin to arise. These patterns gift us with information and messages that can radically shift our lives and relationships.  With compassion and grace, we can meet the patterns of our shadows. Understanding the patterns of our shadows, the place we go when we feel overwhelmed can help us navigate effectively back to the light and purity of connection. Our shadow can then be a mentor rather than a foe.  

In this workshop, we take time to meet ourselves through movement, listening to the messages our shadow mentor is attempting to share that will guide us back to the light of connection and our passionate selves.

Together we will move and use the power of the 5Rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness to provide tools to assist you in discovering your Home Rhythm, the place where we are restored, refreshed, and able to move with joy and ease. Welcome Home.

Full Price (Friday ~ Sunday): $340
 I am comfortably able to meet all my basic needs, I am employed or do not need to work. I have access to financial savings and have an expendable income. I may struggle at times, but overall, I feel financially comfortable.

Partial Discount (Friday ~ Sunday): $290
I may stress about meeting my basic needs, but still regularly achieve them, I may have some debt, but it does not prohibit attainment of basic needs. I may have access to financial savings and have some expendable income.

Full Discount (Friday ~ Sunday): $240
I frequently stress about meeting my basic need and have some debt. I am unemployed or underemployed without access to savings and have no or very limited expendable income, yet doing this workshop will be very important to me.

Refund Policy

Cancellations received 2 weeks prior to the workshop date receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made after this period are subject to participant replacement and receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee if place in workshop filled. If a participant does not show up for the workshop without communicating, registration payment will not be refunded.
