BESCHRIJVING
On this course we explore aspects of connection through each of the rhythms over five modules, beginning in March and ending in November. In the safety of a closed group we will use using creativity and sensory and dancing explorations to invite deeper connections with self, other, group, the planet and spirit. This includes working with the shadow rhythms to better understand how we habitually limit the depth of our connections, and learning how to transform these habits into doorways to greater fulfilment.Fridays 7 - 9pm and Saturdays 10 - 6pm:

AANTEKENINGEN
The group will be held in the beautiful village hall in Brancepeth, which has its own intact and still inhabited castle, complete with portcullis! Brancepeth is a 15 minute drive from Durham and there is a bus, but lifts with other dancers should be easy to arrange. We will dance on Friday evening and Saturday day, leaving Sunday free for assimilation and travel. The village is peaceful and rural and the hall is very beautiful, making it the perfect place for dancing deep. For those wanting to make the most of the location, there are a few Airbnb places nearby, including a flat in the castle itself.
