BESCHRIJVING

In this workshop we will follow the map of the 5Rhythms®, giving particular focus to how we are moved in the landscape of emotionsupported by the Heartbeat map. We will dance into the unique expressions that find form through each of us and we will dance thetransience of these expressions. We dance to find and re-find infinite form while we also dance to give the form to the formless. Againand again we practice the fluidity of receiving, expressing, letting go, letting go of letting go and letting be. Every Body is so welcome.

About Hannah: Hannah Loewenthal is a certified 5Rhythms® Waves & Heartbeat teacher having completed her training withGabrielle Roth in 2010 while working with Remix Dance Co. in Cape Town. She continues to work in a teaching andcreative capacity with schools, institutions and the public in South Africa & abroad.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
