It is a day of dancing deeper into the 5Rhythms moving meditation practice; a day to explore the different aspects of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Flowing; an opportunity to deeply embody each of these 5 rhythms.

Come and drop ‘DEEPER’ into the rhythms in this one-day 5Rhythms movement workshop!

PREREQUISITES

No experience nor prerequisites required. Just your curiosity, commitment to be present, and an open heart.

Please wear something comfortable to move in and bring a bottle of water. Please have a light lunch before the workshop starts. There will be a short break during the workshop.

ABOUT IREM LUQMAN?

Irem is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher who trained with Jonathan Horan, son of Gabrielle Roth, in 2021

Prior to becoming a teacher, she was a 5Rhythms Spaceholder and has held regular 5Rhythms ‘Sweat’ classes in Reading and Guildford, UK since 2016.

Irem has Pakistani roots, was born in London, and now lives in Oxford where she teaches weekly.

Her obsession with dance began as a child when she discovered that the body could express so much more than words alone. She explored many different dance styles before finding 5Rhythms in 2012 when she fell completely in love with this practice.
