Atelier "EUPHORIA"5Rhythms® avec Daniel Struyf
Bienvenue à 'Euphoria,' un atelier des 5Rythmes qui vous invite à plonger dans un tourbillon de joie, d'extase et de légèreté, à vous élever vers de nouveaux sommets de spontanéité et d'inspiration.
Nous allons bouger dans le Rythme Lyrique, une danse qui célèbre la magie de l'instant présent. Là où chaque mouvement est une élévation vers une plus grande conscience de soi.
Au cœur de cet atelier, vous découvrirez :
La joie qui émane du Rythme Lyrique, une invitation à vous abandonner à l’expérience du moment présent.
Des exercices et explorations pour libérer votre spontanéité, vous permettant de danser sans retenue et de vous exprimer avec légèreté.

In 'Euphoria,' we will immerse ourselves deeply in the Lyrical Rhythm, a dance that celebrates the magic of the present moment. Where each movement is an elevation towards greater self-awareness.
